At RSK Biocensus, we are proud to announce our support for the Green Jobs for Nature initiative, joining as a partner on a three-year commitment to help inspire and guide more people into meaningful careers supporting the natural world.
Our mission has consistently focused on leveraging ecological knowledge to provide sustainable solutions, and we understand that developing the workforce of tomorrow is crucial for this goal. Therefore, endorsing Green Jobs for Nature aligns perfectly with our objectives.

Dr Gavin Wilson, Director at RSK Biocensus, said:
“RSK Biocensus is delighted to support the Green Jobs for Nature initiative. We know that finding a green job can be challenging. As an employer we also know we need more ecologists, as well as more people in the complementary job roles that nature-based organisations need to achieve their goals. The Green Jobs for Nature site provides a wealth of helpful resources and guidance, helping people find the career they seek supporting and restoring nature.”

Green Jobs for Nature is a vital platform developed by the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) to showcase the range of career opportunities available in the nature sector from entry-level positions to advanced ecological roles. The site also includes resources, advice, and real-world insights for those considering or transitioning into green careers.

Brian Heppenstall MCIEEM, Education and Careers Manager at CIEEM, added:
“We’re thrilled to have RSK Biocensus on board. Their commitment will help us reach more people with the message that a career in nature is both possible and deeply rewarding.”

We believe that investing in future talent is key to addressing the ecological challenges we face today. Through this partnership, RSK Biocensus aims to empower individuals from all backgrounds to explore, enter, and thrive in nature-based roles.
