The RSK 2025 Innovation Awards returned for their seventh year on 16–17 June, hosted at Keele University. The two-day event brought together teams and individuals from across RSK to celebrate groundbreaking ideas, collaborative projects, and forward-thinking innovations that are shaping the future of the organisation.
The annual awards recognise outstanding achievements across seven key categories, highlighting the people and projects that are driving real value and impact throughout RSK. From health and safety to quality and environmental performance, the awards shine a spotlight on work that exemplifies innovation and excellence.
Among the standout winners were Lisa Thrower, Alison Edwards, and Donna Mundy, who took home the award in the Quality category for their exceptional work on project reviews and lessons learned. Their efforts have significantly contributed to improving project outcomes across the business. We are proud of what we’ve achieved with our RSK Biocensus innovation and the acknowledgment it received. Project reviews are such a huge contributory factor to project success.
A special mention also goes to Will Trewhella and Alison Edwards, who were nominated in the Health and Safety category for their collaborative Site Safety Training initiative with CR Construction.
In addition to the team awards, Ellie Postlethwaite, Lisa Thrower, and Jon Davies were recognised for their individual contributions, earning well-deserved individual awards for their leadership, innovation, and impact within RSK at the RSK Awards.
As RSK continues to grow and evolve, the Innovation Awards serve as an important reminder of the power of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
